Job summary:

Reporting functionally to the Director of ESG in Stockholm, Sweden, with day-to-day contacts with the ESG team in Stockholm and Nairobi, and oversight from the Head of the Nairobi Office, you will be part of Swedfund’s ESG Team.

Note that applicants must be eligible to live and work in Kenya.

Your responsibilities include:
Integrating ESG considerations into our investment process.
You will be involved in ESG analysis of new potential investments.
Monitoring our current portfolio companies’ ESG performance
Assisting them develop ESG management systems and value creation activities, supporting responsible exits as applicable, and contributing to Swedfund’s sustainability framework, tools, and reporting.

Job summary:

The Program Director is the lead for all projects and program related activities in CPHD. Working closely with the Executive team, Senior Management Team and all the relevant stakeholders, the Program Director is expected to successfully ensure effective management of donor funded projects while driving the program to sustainability through leveraging on the existing organizational structures to cover operational costs that are not directly grant funded and mentoring teams on cost effective

Job summary:

Working under the direct supervision of the Programmes Director, this role is responsible for offering technical and operational support to all projects implemented by CPHD and also in partnership with other stakeholders’ projects with CPHD while ensuring CPHD and donor expectations requirements and timelines are achieved.
