TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Course Times: Classes begin promptly at 0830hrs, unless otherwise noted.
  • Delegates who wish to reschedule their booking do so not less than 30 days before the original course date, or be liable for an administration fee equal to 50% of the total course fee.
  • Non-attendance for a fully booked class will result in the client being liable for full payment of the course fee.
  • Cedar Africa Group reserves the right to postpone class(s).
  • Program fees must be paid in full prior commencement of the training. The fee is non-refundable however, you can transfer it to another session. Please refer to the cancellation policy below.
  • The pricing includes access to Prosci portal, course material, books, benchmark report, certification and Change Management tools as per the course outline.
  • Pricing, scheduling and course availability is subject to change without prior notice. In the event of full course price being paid, yet booking not utilized within a period of six (6) months, the course credit will expire.

 PRE-REQUISITES

  • Delegates should ideally be or intend to be practicing change agents/analysts/managers and are already involved in a project/s that will affect change in their organisation.
  • Course pre-work will be shared ahead of the training upon confirmation of tuition fees in our accounts. The pre-works needs to be completed and submitted (where applicable) prior to attending the class session.
  • After the class sessions delegates will be required to complete an assignment, which forms part of the learning experience. Delegates need to assign some time to completing both pre- and post-class session work.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If cancellation notice is received more than 30 calendar days before the program, the program fee is fully refundable or transferable to another session date.
  • If cancellation notice is received within 30 to 15 calendar days of the program start date, the program fee is non-refundable and 75% can be transferred to a subsequent session (25% change fee).
  • If cancellation notice is received within 14 calendar days of the program start date, the program fee is non-refundable and 50% can be transferred to a subsequent session (50% change fee).
  • All cancellation or transfer requests must be received in writing at changemanagement@cedarafricagroup.com
