Job summary:

FSD Kenya is seeking a data analyst with experience in quantitative analysis and working with complex and diverse data especially nationally representative survey data and is available to closely work alongside the team to effectively and efficiently respond to data needs as soon as they arise. The data analyst should have a track record of producing high quality data analysis applying statistical methods, as well as a strong understanding of how to synthesise data to derive meaningful insights on economic and social development and have excellent skills in packaging and communicating data in a way which is compelling, impactful and easy to grasp for general and specialist audiences.

In terms of the delivery, the programme is delivered by a small, multi-disciplinary team. While each member of the team will have specific roles to play in the programme, the following key competencies underpin our ability to deliver. At a minimum, the role is expected to have competencies at the Foundation level. The resarch data analyst will be identifying data analytical needs, mostly demand side data, but also where required, triangulate with supply-side and real economy datasets.

It is a Senior Management Role.
