Qualification: MBA from University of Nairobi, BA in Social Sciences from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from the College of Human Resources Management

Specialization: Supporting clients with talent acquisition; creating a positive candidate experience; attracting and engaging passive and active candidates through a creative mix of sourcing techniques; screening and selecting top talent, using standardized processes to comply with the job specifications set.

He also supports clients solve business issues, create value and maximise impact and improve their business performance; ensuring projects are done within the constraints of time, scope and budget and meet and/or exceed client expectations.

Away from work: Njenga enjoys spending time with family, traveling and is a documentary junkie.
