Qualification: Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Marketing from Daystar University Nairobi, Master of Arts degree in Leadership (Business and Entrepreneurship) from PAC University Nairobi,  and a Doctorate in Organisation Development and Transformation from Cebu Doctors’ University Mandaue City in the Philippines

Additionally, he is a certified PRINCE2 project manager, PROSCI certified change management practitioner, conversant with Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) methodology, and a member of the Organisation Development Network.

Specialization: Organisational Development and Transformation Change leader. Dr. Mwaniki is a knowledgeable, insightful, experienced and passionate Strategy and Organisation Development (OD) and Transformation consultant/practitioner. His expertise inextricably blends with leadership, management and consulting competencies acquired over 15 years in large, dynamic, and complex organisations.
